Children under 14 must attend with a parent, guardian or responsible adult over 18. Seasonal operation applies, including a listed winter closure from 1 May to 31 August.

Ayr Anzac Memorial Club Kid’s Club

Children aged 2–15 can access supervised adjunct care on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, subject to conditions and public-holiday changes. Allied Therapeutic Services

This NDIS-registered provider has an Ayr clinic at 54 Queen Street. Supports include occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, physiotherapy and positive behaviour support, with options shaped around individual needs at the clinic, home, school or through telehealth. TalkHQ Speech Pathology

Children from birth to 18 years can access assessment and play-based therapy for communication, talking, listening, socialising, reading and writing. Appointments are available at 52 Queen Street in Ayr or through Talk Online telehealth. TalkHQ is an NDIS provider, and Medicare rebates may apply with an eligible GP referral.

Move and Grow Physiotherapy

This Townsville-based paediatric physiotherapy provider travels to Ayr fortnightly for outreach appointments with babies, children and adolescents. Individual sessions may take place at home, in the community or at a clinic. For hydrotherapy groups, at least one carer must enter the water; some children require two carers or an individual assessment first.
